I received the book "10 Restaurants That Changed America" from my daughter as a gift. I couldn't put it down and immediately sought Dr. Freedman for a podcast. The podcast was so interesting that I ordered his second book "American Cuisine and How It Got That Way" and am tearing into that tome.
