Lining them up in front of a cannon and shooting at them might seem a little extreme, but if the wines are not considered good enough to make the monthly selections in the Wine of the Month Club, this might just be a good place for these wines to end up.
Each month Paul tastes hundreds of wines, so there are always plenty of wines that do not make it onto the wine club featured wine list, so why not have a little fun with those wines that did not make the wine club cut.
