Sunday Funday is a careful construction of passion fruit, citrus and spice in an endless swirl of savoriness. Absolutely luscious. The grapes were fermented separately and aged separately in neutral oak barrels and stainless steel. After settling, each vessel was tasted and then carefully blended to achieve the desired results
