Winemaker Rob Folin learned the trade by watching and paying attention. It's what separates him and the wines he creates from many of his peers - that's not a bad thing. The blend here fits right in with the entire Passive Aggressive moniker. It consists of 40% Tempranillo, 24% Syrah, 21% Petite Sirah and 15% Grenache. Whew! Never saw those coming together. But, they do. With 20 months in French oak, the flavors meld from separate grapes to a luscious whole. Pomegranate, blueberry and cherry are complimented by the white pepper and luscious finish.
