Guillaume Large, winemaker at Résonance Vineyards, joins Paul Kalemkiarian in studio.
Guillaume Large was drawn to wine through his love of history. He combines a sense of the past in traditional winemaking with an interest in modern winemaking methods and technology. Starting at Louis Jadot in 2011, he has gone on to on to work with Frédéric Barnier at Résonance Vineyards.
