Our selection is classic Gruner Veltliner - known in Slovakian as "Veltlinske Zelena." Here is a beautiful expression of the Tekov terroir, mirroring its stony, volcanic soils. Clear and bright, the wine's color has just a dash of lemon-lime tint. It has a medium-intensity aroma, with hints of freshly squeezed citrus, followed by crisp earthy minerality. The wine is dry, with very nice acidity, and a slightly poetic bitterness with walnut or almond character. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and finishes smoothly.
