Cyril Chirouze began working in the vineyards of Domaine Piron in Beaujolais in 2006, then made wine at the Château des Jacques between 2007 and 2013, after which he spent two years at the Château de Marsannay. In June 2015, he returned to Château des Jacques to become its director.
