This classic, Italian white is 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Grigio, and shines with delicate flavors of apple, pear, allspice and a touch of lime. No oak is used, so only the purity of the grapes and the stony, volcanic soils that give the grapes so much character and flavor prevail. It all comes though with balance and serenity that is a joy to savor.
