Paso Robles is divided in half by the Pacific Coast Highway. For this Chardonnay, they found a perfect spot 1,800 feet above sea level. The temperature difference between east and west here can be almost 20 degrees which is as huge as the differences between the wines. Our selection is a classic, cool climate Chardonnay offering beautiful apple, Asian pear and tropical flavors, spice and vanilla.
