With perfect age on it, this is what grand Cabernet is all about. The color is beginning to show its age with that soft, magenta tinge. The nose is a remarkable blend of ripe berries, vanilla, cedar and flecks of spice. The flavors are imposing but held in check by the soft tannins and luscious finish.
