There is no doubt that winemaker Chris Cameron has turned these Cabernet Sauvignon grapes into great Cabernet Sauvignon wine. When we think of this classic grape, we think of words like cassis, cherry, earth, licorice and leather, but they're not usually presented in one wine as they are here. The charming berry and earthy nose signal the similar tastes to follow. They are expanded in scope with swashes of cranberry and earth, all held in check by the complex, soft tannins.
